Where do you hope to be professionally in 5 years from now?
If you are asked this question in a job interview for a teaching position: What are some things you should avoid when responding to this question? What might be some important points to stress that would get the interviewer's attention? How would you respond to this question?

Five years from now I hope to be continuing my education in the area of Educational Leadership. I hope to have both good and bad experiences. That way I can build on my good, and learn from my not so good. I hope that I have effectively reached many students, and impacted their lives for the better. I hope to have fostered positive experiences and provided risk free environments.

Five years from now I imagine myself having continued my education and either having or working towards a masters degree in guidance counseling. I will have years of teaching experience under my belt and will use that experience acquired in the classroom in my new position. I always plan on bettering myself within the educational field and providing as much as I can to my school.

Five years from now, I hope to have learned a lot about myself and teaching strategies through collaboration and personal experience. I am considering getting my Master's in Educational leadership and maybe becoming a transition specialist.

A happy teacher with 5 years of teaching my class, with 5 classes of students that learned the most they could, and also retained the knowledge becuase they had fun while learning. I would see myself in the same school, becuase it is difficult switching schools after getting into such a routine and getting to know the staff. I definitely wouldnt say anything that made them think I only wanted to be at their school temporarily.
