During your interview
During your interview, ask as many questions as possible. Will you be working solo or will a co teacher? Are you abel to meet your co teacher? What modifications and adjustments are allowed in the classroom to help students? Is there a separate ESE and ELL teacher? Would the students have to leave your class to participate in their special class?
Know what to expect and remember not to be afraid to ask questions. If they do not want to answer certain questions, that must be for a reason. |
