The team should refer to the school rules, common sense, and maybe ask a teacher or administrator for guidance. I think most students can tell what subjects are okay based on common sense, especially if the team of students must vote among themselves to approve the subject. If they still aren't sure what to choose, they should probably take a subject the majority can agree is safe to touch. |

10th grade is older high school. Within reason, these students should be mature enough to decide this for themselves. Teachers should advise and guide students during the debating process. |
