What do you do when you see another teacher that might not be following a code of ethics?
Do you submit them to administration? I would just like to know incase of any mishaps in the workplace where I feel like a teacher is not behaving the right way towards their students or if they need to know something that they need to protect for the students such as their grades and other things

Yes, I believe talking to admin would be the right thing to do. It is apart of the obligations of the profession.

I would talk to the student you think is being affected and find out what they think. If there is an ethical problem going on then the next step would be to go to administration.
