I felt that the comment was inappropriate and confided with a fellow teacher and simply brushed it off. It is always important to inform admin if something someone says or does makes you uncomfortable. The fact that it made you uncomfortable is more than enough of a reason for it to be taken seriously. This way, if something happens in the future, it will already be on their radar. Also, someone from the administration may be able to sit in on the parent-teacher conference as a preventative measure and for your comfort. That way if something happens then at least you covered your bases. You should ask to set up an appointment with the administrator and the parent and get it all sorted out.
