Why did the aunt have to babysit?
In the passage the child says, "She said she was leaving for the hospital, and that our aunt would take care of us in the meantime. I wanted to go to the hospital, too, but my mother said I would go later." 

Why would it not be a good idea to take a young child to the hospital when the mother was going to have a baby? Explain.
