What are some tips going into a first interview in a school outside of your state of living?
I personally have not had a instance where this has happened to me but lets say that you move to another state completely or country and you have a first interview on your first teaching job. I would feel a bit anxious and nervous as I would feel like this opportunity in a new area would be important to even staying/living there. Any tips overall to maintain and stay calm during a first interview?

To stay calm during a first interview, being prepared and ready will help calm nerves as an anxious feeling may come from of a lack of being prepared.
