You normally want to wear business casual, not something you would wear on a daily basis. For men, I would recommend suit and tie with long pants. As a sub, I have seen teachers wearing jeans, leggings, T-shirts, and flip flops. For an interview, I know I want to make a great impression and would not wear any of those items. Blazers, dress pants, blouses, dress shirts, and modest dresses would be the ideal outfit for a teaching interview.
