Home | How It Works | Stats Login | Register         Case: The Swearer J.M is a swearer. The student uses profanity continually. Uses it anyplace anytime and in the presence of anyone. The student swears intentionally, or may not even be aware that he/she is swearing. The student even declare that there is nothing wrong with swearing. How do you deal with a student like J.M.? Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) You simply have to pull him aside and tell him that his profanity will not be tolerated in your classroom. Give him a warning and then write a contract that said he understands if he continues to use profanity in the class it will result in being written up and detentions, ISS, and silent lunch will come into play. Get administration involved.
