Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) It is very important that you try to be professional yet friendly with your support staff. Talking with them about task are important. Focus on one thing at a time. Remember to try and "praise" or thank her for doing great when she does do a task and document it when she doesn't. There are only a few more months to the school year.
