Case: Angry Parent
A parent in Mr. Jack's class is upset with an assignment grade that he gave to his child. Instead of contacting the teacher, the parent went straight to the principle via email. As a professional, the teacher is frustrated that the parent didn't contact him first. How does Mr. Jack handle the situation with both the parent and the administrator?

It is important that the teacher remain calm and professional. This is not a bad strike on the teacher and he should not take this personally. The teacher should also have a good relationship with his/her administration. He could go to the administrator and discuss the issue. |
