Home | How It Works | Stats Login | Register         Case: New Teacher I am a first year teacher and I get very nervous sharing my ideas with my colleagues who have been teaching several years. How would you approach this situation. I do not want to "step on anyone's toes" with my new ways of incorporating technology and new techniques into the classroom. When sharing such ideas, everyone should keep an open mind during the discussion. You should feel confident explaining the new ideas with everyone, whether they choose to use the ideas or not. If it works well for you, then share it, it might work well for others if they give it a try (who knows!).
