Case: Second Interview
I will be interviewing with a principle for the second time. The first time I did not have enough experience. I really want to work at this school so what should I do?

You should also tell your interviewer that you are very willing to learn new things that they may want you to learn, since you don't have as much experience as they would normally want. Also, make sure to include that you are a fast learner as well. This may ease there concerns about your lack of experience and make them feel like your transition into working for them will be a smooth one. |
