For example, when paperwork is due, they don't complete it, but you do, and then your team goes around the school telling everyone you try to make them look bad and you think you "outshine" them. But really you are just doing your job... Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) I am currently on a team of very unprofessional teachers. They don't do their duties, they don't respond to email, they talk during grade level meetings and onsight trainings. Basically, unless there is an administrator present, I can count on being a frustrated teammate. I suggest you keep performing as a professional and that you might make helpful suggestions to them. I mostly try to find my joy in teaching every day and ignore the adults around me that are behaving in an unprofessional manner.
