Home | How It Works | Stats Login | Register         Case: Overwhelmed As a new teacher, I am overwhelmed with duties and mandates. I am so tired by the end of the day that I find myself having to work on the weekend to catch up. What do you teachers do to make sure everything is done. I see so many teachers leaving exactly at 345 and I wonder how they are able to do so. Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) During my internships I saw teachers working during lunch (while they ate) and also came in early to get things finished. You should not have to be stressed and try to eat while getting work done. I believe she is looking for more time to herself; I would recommend she make a schedule that fixes within her day to get things done. Lunch seems to me like a time to be free from the students and the work for 15/30 minutes. Piling work onto yourself during lunch seems stressful, sometimes if you're running out of time you may have to do this option.
