  Case: Overwhelmed
As a new teacher, I am overwhelmed with duties and mandates. I am so tired by the end of the day that I find myself having to work on the weekend to catch up. What do you teachers do to make sure everything is done. I see so many teachers leaving exactly at 345 and I wonder how they are able to do so.
Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!)
During my internships I saw teachers working during lunch (while they ate) and also came in early to get things finished. Try to make a schedule that suits your time and needs and try to stick to it.

Comments: I do not think that this is the best solution. You should not have to be stressed and try to eat while getting work done.

Comments: Working during your lunch and coming in early will help the teacher with time management. I believe she is looking for more time to herself; I would recommend she make a schedule that fixes within her day to get things done.

Comments: I don't believe this solution is the right way to go, in this case she's trying to have some free time... Lunch seems to me like a time to be free from the students and the work for 15/30 minutes. Piling work onto yourself during lunch seems stressful, sometimes if you're running out of time you may have to do this option.

Comments: I don't think this solution is useful because teachers should not have to sacrifice things like their lunch to get things done, something more constructive like a schedule would have been a better solution.
