  Case: Bryan the aggressive student
After your class at the car circle you notice a student Bryan aggressively interacting with another student, how will you step in to stop this behavior?
Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!)
I would find the closest teacher or administrator to me and ask that they follow and begin to head towards the students and start by asking what is going on and why they are behaving the way that they are. Hopefully this will be enough to show that it is not okay for them to behave aggressively but if they continue I will step between them and have someone help me escort them to the office.

The suggested solution is respectful of the individual (student) Yes
The suggested solution is relevant to the case Yes
The suggested solution is reasonable (easy) for the teacher to implement Yes
The suggested solution is likely to solve the problem/issue Yes
The suggested solution is original Yes
Comments: I believe this solution is useful because it presents a calm manner for the teachers to react. Sometimes if the teachers react in a negative way the students will become more agitated with one another and a fight will be caused from it.

Comments: This takes authority away from the teacher, and I don't believe in intimidation tactics like that when reprimanding my students.

Comments: If I was in a situation like this, I would use this solution. I would use this solution because it involves two teachers dealing with an aggressive student.

Comments: Why would you make another teacher step in, when you are readily available to step in and stop Bryan's behavior? I do not understand why the other teacher needs to be involved, unless the situation got worse.

Comments: This doesn't give the student a chance to understand what is happening and could seem like you are ganging up on him.

Comments: I don't agree with this one only because it is just one student who's aggressive. You may not have time to get someone else to observe. Also, time shouldn't be taken away from the other students because they weren't involved.
