Home | How It Works | Stats Login | Register         Case: Co-worker trying to tell me how to do my job This year I was selected as the grade-level chairperson for Kindergarten. Another Kindergarten teacher, new to Kindergarten this year, has been a grade-level chair in first grade. She is constantly behind me "reminding" me to do things and telling me how she used to do things in first grade. How do I tell her that I can handle my responsibilities without coming across as being rude? Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) This is a tough one and it is something I have currently been dealing with.
