  Case: Enriching Students
I have a Kindergarten student that knows 270 of the 300 Fry sight words. During regular sight word instruction for the remainder of my students, she is very bored. What are some enrichment opportunities I could provide her with so she remains focused and doesn't get bored?
Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!)
The student can be encouraged to use some of the words in short sentences. I use an interactive notebook where they utilze the sight words in sentences, cut out the pre- made words and stick them in order. Then they will attempt to write out the sentences. The next step would be to draw a picture that is connected to their sentences.
If the student has access to an ipad, they can record themselves on the Show Me app, where they can read out the sentence that they structured utilizing the sight word and explain the picture. This is a great motivation for the students as they like to listen and see their recording.

Comments: Giving the student challenging activities with the current sight words is a good place to start.
