Case: Conflict of Personalities
What do you do when you as a teacher and a student do not have personalities that mesh?
Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!)
Sometimes you will have students you do not mesh with. Even though the two of you constantly butt heads, you need to always try to get through to this student. Think of it as a personal challenge. |

Comments: I agree. Just because you have a student that you don't agree with on everything does not mean that you can just push them to the side. Maybe try to talk with them one on one and see if there is a solution so that the two of you can get along better. |

Comments: I agree with the statements made; however, I still don't see an implementable solution to the problem. What's a specific way that we can get through to a student? |

Comments: It shouldn't be a "personal challenge" when student's grades and futures are in your hands. It's inappropriate. |

Comments: You don't need to keep forcing your way of thinking onto a student; instead try meeting in the middle or working with the student to get to a point where both of you can meet on the same page. |

Comments: I do not think it should a personal challenge but find common ground between you and the other student so that you may both work together for a successful year. |
