Case: Do you have any questions for me?
This is one of the most common questions at the end of interviews. I feel that it is not a good idea to not have any questions, but then again, it is not good to ask too many. What are some purposeful and strong questions that I can ask the principal during my interview?
Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!)
I would ask the principal:
"What is the best quality of your school?"
"What are areas of improvement included in your School Improvement Plan?"
I believe it's important to gain insight to the school environment, and to let the principal know you are truly interested in the school's future.
