Case: How to Deal WIth Annoying Teachers
My grade level has just welcomed two new teachers aboard. One teacher has only been teaching for two years. She often has questions, and may ask you a question in the middle of instruction, but she is not the annoying one! The annoying one has been taught a little long, and has an answer for everything! She talks, and talks, and talks, and the grade level is getting fed up! She tries to one up everyone by having a better and more extravagant response. As my students would say, she's just "doing too much"! How should my grade level approach her, and not attack her?

Maybe try to designate one teacher who is also a veteran teacher to simply speak with her privately about how your team operates and functions. Maybe the new teacher is simply nervous or trying to impress everyone with their knowledge and doesn't realize the way in which their actions are coming across. |

| Comments: Unfortunately during our entire lives and specially in our teaching career as we will come across people who are not the most Pleasant to be around. However I like the solution as a directs the questions to administrators and two more seasoned Educators who might be better at answering these questions. As for the other teacher I think it is best to think of it as new hire jitters |
