Case: Classroom Rewards - Candy or Not?
I usually give candy (Dum Dums) for small rewards in my classroom. With so much emphasis on healthy eating lately, what other small rewards could I give my students for following classroom routines?
Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!)
As a healthy alternative, I started giving out mini packs of Cheez Its and Goldfish. I also use sugar free candy and the students do not know the difference.

Comments: I think that this alternative is a good idea. With such an important emphasis on healthy eating and snacking, it is appropriate for alternatives to sugary foods like candies and ice cream to be considered.

Comments: If I was in this situation, I would not use this solution. This solution mentioned sugar free candy. Sugar free candy isn't a healthy alternative.
