  Case: Bryan the aggressive student
After your class at the car circle you notice a student Bryan aggressively interacting with another student, how will you step in to stop this behavior?
Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!)
I would try to talk to the students to deescalate the situation but if it did not help I would immediately call for backup.

Comments: I don’t find this solution helpful because it does not address why the situation occurred in the first place.
Also, in some instances you may need to step in without backup. As a teacher, student safety is a top priority; and you may need to take charge and intervene without additional help.
