Case: Social Media
What are the limits when it comes to social media and education? I remember hearing a story of a principal who was fired because she posted a picture of her and her friends drinking wine. Is this over stepping the boundaries, or is the new norm for education?
Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!)
Social media in education can have several pro and con. However, I do believe that there are boundaries that teachers need to follow as they are held at a higher expectation. Therefore, teachers must think carefully on what they're putting on the internet. |

Comments: I agree with your solution! Just be careful about what you post and it will not be a problem. I like that you mentioned how social media can have pros & cons. In my opinion, I think the pros outweigh the cons; however, as this case has revealed, I guess that would depend on the user. |

Comments: I agree with the solution that teachers need to be more cautious with social media. There are many pros and cons to social media and teachers are held to a higher expectation so they need to be cautious of what they post, say, and are tagged in (to the best of their ability). |
