  Case: Social Media and Teachers
I have a teacher that continues to post ecards, memes about situations that occur with her and another teacher. For example, the teacher was having difficulty within a Pre-K classroom, and when given a solution of providing reinforcers such as small goldfish, m&m, small video clips, stickers, the teacher passively refused. Instead, she posted ecards and pictures of how students should not be rewarded unless they were doing good. How would you handle situations such as this with social media?
Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!)
I would not worry about that teacher's posts and mind my own business. There is no valid reason for this teacher to be posting things like this on social media. I would only get involved if it started to directly relate to me.

Comments: I agree. Letting others bother you will only distract you from doing your job to the best of your ability. If it bothers you enough, blocking them is the best option to steer away from the nonsense.
