Case: Tone of Voice
I have a co-worker that frequently uses a harsh tone when speaking with the students. Some of the students do not respond to this type of redirection. See is doing it frequently and parents and other teachers are starting to complain and she is getting a reputation for being "The Mean Teacher". Is this something I should address?
Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!)
You could speak with your co-worker if you have a good working relationship. If you feel that it is adversely affecting the students you can address it with the teacher's supervisor or administration. |

Comments: Especially if parents are complaining, letting an administrator know and facilitate that discussion sounds like a good way to proceed. |

Comments: I think giving the teacher a chance and then bringing it higher up is a good solution. |
