  Case: Bullies in the playground
A parent comes in after school and states that their child is being continually bullied in the playground.
Parent: "I've come away from work early to deal with this problem. You wouldn't know because this happens during playtime and there is never a teacher on duty. It is always happening, the school does nothing about it and the child is too scared to come to school."
Continue this scenario to resolve the issue.
Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!)
I would apologize to the parent and let them know there is always a teacher on the playground duty. I will make sure the next time they are on the playground I watch their child to see who is bulling them and make sure I put a stop to it.
