  Case: Critical Teachers
There is a teacher who notices every mistake on paperwork AFTER it has been sent around for suggestions and corrections. This teacher will mention things to other teachers, but not the one who may have made the mistake. How do you appropriately let this teacher know he or she is out of line?

First be professional about it. Don't send it in a mass email or just drop a note in her mailbox. Speak with them directly. Voice your concerns with them but be calm and direct.

Comments: I think this is the best solution because it addresses the way the issue should not be handled, because sometimes when things bother us we tend to forget how to handle things professionally.
