Case: Critical Teachers
There is a teacher who notices every mistake on paperwork AFTER it has been sent around for suggestions and corrections. This teacher will mention things to other teachers, but not the one who may have made the mistake. How do you appropriately let this teacher know he or she is out of line?
Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!)
When she mentions someones mistakes afterwards ask her why she didn't say anything. Maybe she doesn't know how, so you could give her suggestions. Maybe if enough of the teachers practice this, she will stop. |

Comments: I think this will give more trouble than it needed. I would speak to her privately and not involve other teachers. |
