The vast majority of my students are ELL/ESOL students. Almost all of the student's parents are Spanish speakers that speak very little to no English. When we have to hold conferences throughout the year, we are often short staffed on translators. We are also encouraged NOT to use the students as translators. I wish I could communicate more often with my students' parents. Any suggestions? Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!)
