What I find to be discouraging is that students will be able to tell I am lesbian by just my looks. I am worried that they will not respect my title and me as their instructor. How can I bridge the gap between them disrespecting me/ judging me and them respecting me regardless of how I look? Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!)
