They constantly run to the intern and when ever the intern asks the student to do something they do it immediately. Whenever I ask the student I have to ask several times. The student also acts out whenever it is just myself and constantly interrupts me during lessons. Is there anything I can do to possibly get the student to listen to myself? The intern is only with me two days out of the week and will occasionally come in to fulfill some volunteer hours. Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) because the intern is new, it's exciting. try co-teaching some days and come up with something new for the students to do activity wise. Try implementing a rewards-based system.
