Case: Hard to Reach Parents
Does anyone have any suggestions for hard to reach parents? I have tried emailing, calling, and sending notes home. Thanks!
Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!)
During the first week of school, have a sheet go home that the students and the parents do together. On that sheet, have a place to put information like best way to reach parents, and in case of emergency information. Also allow the student to put information about their family. |

| Comments: This is probably what the teacher used at first and it is probably not working so the solution needs to get deeper and more involved. |

| Comments: I agree this would be helpful also to include their work schedules so your not calling during working hours or if the parent works nights while they are sleeping. Also it is best to find out their preferred method of contact. |
