Home | How It Works | Stats Login | Register         Case: Tone of Voice I have a co-worker that frequently uses a harsh tone when speaking with the students. Some of the students do not respond to this type of redirection. See is doing it frequently and parents and other teachers are starting to complain and she is getting a reputation for being "The Mean Teacher". Is this something I should address? Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) I definitely think that it should be mentioned. If you are friends then this is something that can be handled in a way that isn't so serious and accusatory. No one wants to be seen as that "mean teacher" and she may not even realize she is doing it. But realize that this may or may not work as he teacher may not care if this is such an issue of which case there may need to be more involvement.
