I definitely would not tell the interviewer about any problems previously with fellow workers, if there have been any. Emphasize that it can be helpful for co-workers, especially teachers, to talk about past experiences. As a teacher, it is not a priority to make "friends" at work, our main focus should be the students. This being said, it is important to ask opinions when needed or other ideas about what lesson is being taught. Stress Teamwork.. |

| Comments: Teamwork is good in this career. As sometimes it may be difficult to work with colleagues during different situations, but should stress that it's always good to have more than one opinion and ideas for lesson plans. In case you have a student that is acting out another colleague might have the same problem, and you are able to collaborate different solutions for the same problem. |
