I'll be teaching 3rd grade this year and have at lest 2 boys who tend to derail the class and be challenging. Do you have any out-of-the-box ideas on how to connect with them and manage their behavior before it begins? and to keep it consistently managed? Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!)
