  Case: Cliques
I have two students who are acting out towards the other students. They are both girls who pick on the girls with less friends. How do I stop this without crossing my boundaries as their teacher and not their parents?
Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!)
I would pull the two girls who are influencing this issue. It is important as their teacher to let them know this is causing other people to feel down and is considered bullying. I would keep a watchful eye out to see if this continues and get feedback from the students feeling put down.

Comments: This solution helps to focus in on the issue through follow through. Just informing the students what they are doing is wrong won't necessarily help the aggressor to see the fault in their actions, but through monitoring which essentially is a follow-up will help to continue the correction.
