In order for the students to participate, she requires that they dress professionally, either in khakis and dress shirt or appropriate dresses. There are a couple students who do not participate each week because they do not like the dress code, or because they say they can not afford clothing within the dress code. Also having clothes in the class for them to use helps with those who can not afford any.
