  Case: Cliques
I have two students who are acting out towards the other students. They are both girls who pick on the girls with less friends. How do I stop this without crossing my boundaries as their teacher and not their parents?
Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!)
It is very important to stand up against bullying. Some students do not know what they are doing is wrong so have a talk with all the students and diffuse the situation.

Comments: I don't find this helpful because it doesn't explain how to diffuse and and what to talk to them about. It's not very original.
