He is unhappy and feels this work is for babies, even though he is not do well with it. How do I involve him when he is upset to be working beside a student with visible disabilities? Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) Design lessons specifically for this student, or use differentiated instruction to mold lessons for this student. Tell him that its not forever, of course. This situation is actually just to help him advance. If he sticks with it for a while, he can actually get a head of the game. Also, give him a job if he feels like he is above the actual work. Have him help other students in order to make credit.
