This student's goal was to get in trouble. What do you do in a situation like this? Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) Ignore the behaviors when applicable, and praise their good behaviors every time they occur. It is likely that they are seeking attention, even if it is negative attention, and their motivation needs to be redirected.
