Case: Innapropriate conversations
I am currently interning in an elementary school and during a specials break I overheard two kindergarten teachers talking about inappropriate things. there were no students around to overhear the conversation but I did and was offended. What is the appropriate course of action?

I believe, in this situation, it would be best to speak with the two teachers about the offensive comments. It is better to face the issue head-on than to speak to administration first, as this can cause tension with you and the teachers. |

| Comments: I believe that this solution would be the best way to handle this kind of situation. It is always better to talk to the person who offended you or was inappropriate rather than taking it straight to administration. |
