  Case: Trouble students
Today I was subbing, there was a student who thought it was "cool" to be disrespectful and get in trouble. This student's goal was to get in trouble. What do you do in a situation like this?
Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!)
Students like this often just want the attention, so do not give it to them.

Comments: I agree that the want is for attention but I believe that completely ignoring the situation will not make the problem go away or make it better.

Comments: I don;t think that this is the best approach as it can cause a lot of disruption in the classroom if the student is determined to get in trouble despite not receiving attention.
