  Case: Cranky Teacher
During my last internship I classroom teacher never smiled, and acted as if she'd rather be somewhere else. Whenever a student would ask her a question, she'd huff and puff as if it was such a bother to answer a student.
I felt that going to the administration may not have been such a great thing to do. Any suggestions on how (or if) this could have been handled?
Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!)
I would ask the teacher why she choose this profession if she has a negative attitude towards it

Comments: I don't think it's her place. I would just talk to ADMIN. or be positive.

Comments: I feel as though confronting this already grumpy teacher in a manner may be very offensive and would not really accomplish anything.

Comments: I don't believe this is an appropriate way to handle the situation. That's a very blunt comment and the teacher most likely wouldn't take it in the best way. As an intern it is not her place to go up and directly tell the teacher instead she can let the school know her concerns.

Comments: I do not agree with this solution because it'll just make the teacher bitter towards you. It's also not appropriate to ask her since she's in a higher position.

Comments: I do not think this is the best solution to the problem. Even though the CT is not behaving correctly you still need to be respectful and telling them this would be disrespectful.
