The names are not necessarily bad but a lot of the students don't like them and it makes them upset, what is the best way to handle this? Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) Simply this student should be addressed with this issue immediately. You never want you students feeling embarrassed by someone else inside the classroom, causes more problems in the future. This student should be warm that he or she should not be calling anyone names, or making up nicknames. If the issues continue, this needs to be handle in a more direct manner. More discipline actions need to take place.
