  Case: Writting
In writing classes, students are sometimes slow to come up with ideas for what to write about.
Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!)
Try giving students slips of paper with ideas on them. Or try brainstorming ideas as a class. You could also try giving scenarios that happen in their lives, like a tradition they have in their family, or something related to their culture.

Comments: I think this solution is best because when students cannot come up with the idea on their own of what to write about it is probably because there are so many things to choose from. Giving them a random topic say from a drawing from a hat will allow them to know what they should write about but not hinder creativity as they can still come up with any idea based on that topic.

Comments: I think that this solution is the best one because allowing the students to brainstorm as a class can help all of the students think about what to write about.

Comments: I like this solution because it helps the students narrow down some ideas but it isn't restrictive. It acts as a guiding agent in their own brainstorming.

Comments: I dislike this becasue its taking the creativity out of the lesson with the slips of paper, students like when lessons are relevant to their life's but they should still be the ones thinking of the ideas themselves
