  Case: Cliques
I have two students who are acting out towards the other students. They are both girls who pick on the girls with less friends. How do I stop this without crossing my boundaries as their teacher and not their parents?
Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!)
I would pull the two girls that are bullying aside privately and let them know that you are aware of their actions that you want them to know you care about everyone in the classroom and that bullying is not tolerated in your classroom. I would think of assigning an assignment about bullying and have an open discussion with the class about it.
