I have written notes in his planner and I have had discussions with his family about his disruptions. How do I proceed? Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) I'm pretty sure that multiple instances of this would result in a referral or a detention. You should always let students know that this is not acceptable. If he continues to do this he may need to have an assigned seat in the lunch room.
