Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) During the beginning of the year I would be sure to find out what is the best way to reach my student's parents. From that point I will then look at what students are not turning passing on the important letters to their parents or guardians, and contact their parents by which they preferred to be contacted. This way you can forward the letter to the parents through email, or if you reach them on the phone they will know to look for the paperwork when the student comes home.
