Case: How would you accomodate different learning styles in your teaching?
If you are asked this question in a job interview for a teaching position: What are some things you should avoid when responding to this question? What might be some important points to stress that would get the interviewer's attention? How would you respond to this question?
Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!)
It is important to keep in mind that not all students learn the same way. You must target all the different learning styles in a classroom because that will both benefit the students and you as a teacher. In order to accommodate the different learning styles, you must change up the way you deliver a lesson. If a certain style does not work well with a particular student, give them options and choices for completing the desired assignment while still meeting the objectives. |

Comments: I agree with this statement because each person does learn different so by having different options to do an assignment will help each student succeed. I believe this is essential for projects as some love to write papers, some are more art creative and some prefer to work on a poster board. By providing them with an option this will help them accommodate the learning styles. |
